AI Rocketships is a free, informational tool for exploring job opportunities. We make no guarantees or warranties of any kind. You agree that:

  • We do not guarantee job placement, outcomes, or employment results
  • All job listings and employer content are provided "as is" without verification
  • Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk
  • We assume no responsibility for any decisions, interactions, or consequences resulting from your use of the Service

3. No Endorsement

We do not endorse, vet, or review employers or job postings listed on the Service. It is your sole responsibility to perform due diligence before applying or communicating with any third party.

4. Account Responsibility

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
  • You agree not to share your account or impersonate anyone
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts at any time for any reason

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Interfere with system operations or security
  • Scrape, clone, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Service
  • Attempt to access private or restricted areas of the Service

We specifically disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Job listings will be accurate, up to date, or lead to any outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Rocketships and its developer(s) shall not be liable for:

  • Any lost profits, data loss, reputational harm, or opportunity costs
  • Any issues arising from third-party platforms or employer behavior

Total cumulative liability shall not exceed $10 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to your use of the Service.

10. Binding Arbitration & No Class Actions

You agree to resolve any disputes with us through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). This means:

  • You waive your right to sue or go to court
  • No class actions or group claims are allowed
  • Arbitration will occur in Delaware and each party will bear its own costs

If arbitration is found unenforceable, you agree that disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

All disclaimers, limitations, and arbitration clauses survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the site or emailing you (if applicable). Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
