Campfire AI is redefining enterprise resource planning for the AI era. Founded in 2023 by John Glasgow, a veteran of Invoice2go and Bill.com, Campfire is building an AI-native, intuitive ERP system designed for high-velocity finance teams. Legacy systems like Oracle NetSuite and SAP are rigid, manual, and decades out of date, forcing finance leaders to spend more time reconciling spreadsheets than analyzing strategy. Campfire replaces that complexity with a modern, conversational interface powered by Ember AI, allowing users to query financial data in plain English, automate workflows such as close and reconciliation, and generate real-time insights that would take days in legacy software. The company’s proprietary Large Accounting Model, trained exclusively on accounting data, achieves more than 95 percent accuracy on core financial tasks and positions Campfire as the first truly intelligent ERP platform.

The traction has been exceptional. Within nine months of launch, companies with more than 100 employees, including Replit, PostHog, Decagon, and Advisor360, replaced NetSuite with Campfire, accelerating their close times by up to a factor of five and reclaiming more than 140 days a year for strategic work. With tenfold revenue growth year-to-date, early enterprise migrations off SAP, and a product shaped directly by customer feedback, Campfire is positioned to do for finance teams what Salesforce did for sales, turning ERP from a system of record into a system of intelligence.
